RETURN POLICY
Goods once sold is not returnable.
Any item purchased from www.trafficfreegh.com.gh can be returned for a refund or a replacement with an item of equal value, if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
The item should be in resellable condition, i.e. with all packaging and accessories intact.
Items returned after 7 days but before 10 days in the aforementioned condition, would be accepted subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in a good resellable condition i.e. with all packaging and accessories intact..
Please keep your original invoices and other attached documents receipt as it is your proof of purchase and if you intend to exchange, refund or repair any item within the conditions below, no exchange will be or refund will be considered without it.
- Exchange or return is possible ONLY within 7 days of purchase from date of invoice subject to the terms herein.
- No Exchange or return shall be made without the original sales invoice & Warranty card provided and the product (Including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories (Freebies if applicable)
- Exchange or returns is only allowed at Postal Office. P.O. Box NK 252, North Kaneshie, Accra.
- No exchange or returns for the following item category, personal care products & food items.
- Any refund will be in a form of a Gift Voucher/Shopping Voucher, to be redeemed within a period of 30 days.
No cash refund or Debit/Credit card refund will be allowed
If you receive a wrong purchase of order, or if item(s) purchased is/are missing from your delivery package, please call our Customer center 0503399930 / 0542969190 across Ghana immediately for redress, clarification and rectification and a correct order will be re-delivered to you.
If the item of purchase you receive is defective and requires repair then, standard warranty conditions of the manufactures shall apply, collection for repairs/warranty services will be at our designated collection centers in selective centers.
Please note that for health reasons, returns of personal items or domestic appliance such as hand dryer, forbes personal purifier, hair straightener etc. are not accepted.
