Traffic Free Gh currently delivers 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday), to addresses in Accra and Tema.

Delivery occurs between 09:00AM and 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, and 09:00AM to 5:00PM on Saturdays.

Orders with a total value under the value GH¢ 2,000 will attract a delivery fee, depending on the customer’s choice of delivery. All orders above GH¢ 1,500 would be delivered free of charge, but would unless otherwise stated, be treated as Standard Delivery.

All orders that hit our system could be delivered in one of three ways:

1. Standard Delivery (GH¢ 30 – GH¢ 50)

This option is for orders below GH¢ 2,000. It has a minimum of GH¢ 30 to GH¢ 50 maximum, nationwide.

2. Collection (free):

You can also collect your order from any of our pick-up points. This option is free of charge. This feature is meant for those who cannot or do not have a representative at home to receive the package. This item can be safely dropped at the nearest Ghana Post Office for onward pickup. Our Customer Service Reps would let you know when you may pick your order up.

Please note that where it is applicable, two delivery fees may be charged if we have to make separate journeys to collect payment and make the delivery.

3. Delivery Outside Accra / Tema:

Traffic Free Gh in collaboration with Ghana Post, delivers to selected post offices in all ten regions of the country. Once your order hits our system, a Customer Service Rep to call you to arrange the nearest Ghana Post pick up point where you can pick your order up. You’d also be required to pay a shipping fee that would be determined by the weight of your order and your location outside Accra.
