How long would delivery take?

Delivery time varies based on products ordered, shipping address and the delivery option chosen. However, we guarantee to deliver all orders between 1 and 2 days, after the order is placed.

Are there any extra delivery charges?

Yes, there are sometimes extra delivery charges. This will depend on the value of your order. Orders above GH¢ 1,500 does not attract delivery charges. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the relevant delivery charges.

I did not receive what I ordered. Why did this happen?

There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing or the incorrect items are delivered to you. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the representative to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing or incorrect, you can contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

What happens if the products I receive are defective?

Whilst we strive to make sure that your goods reach you in perfect condition, we cannot rule out entirely the possibility of delivering a defective product. Should you need to return a product, please contact us and our Customer Service Rep who would then take you through the steps required in acquiring the desired product. For your convenience, we offer a FREE 7 day returns guarantee.

What if I'm not at home when the order arrives ? Will they redeliver?

You will receive a confirmation from us, stating the delivery time of your order so you will be able to arrange for someone to be home when the representative comes by. You will also be called when the representative is on his way to you. Re-delivery after a failure to have someone at the shipping address to receive the order, will be at a cost.
